Silent Auction

In addition to your 20% artist donations, our Silent Acution is a proven and popular fundraiser. Artist-donated pieces will be put on display near the information table, and patrons are encouraged to make bids throughout the day.

Successful bidders will be announced in the park toward the end of the day. All bidders who have not picked up their pieces will be contacted after the festival and given payment information. If the successful bidder has not claimed their piece within 4 weeks after the festival, we will contact the person with the next highest bid.

Please indicate on your application form if you are able to donate work for the silent auction and bring your piece, labelled with your name and medium, to the information area.
