IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MUSICIANS
1. All performers and CD sellers must be women.
2. There may not be enough performance slots to accommodate all applicants. Decisions will be made on the basis of the number of applicants and the need to present a balanced and varied presentation.
3. Performers please check in with Lyndsey and D when you arrive at the festival. We may be running behind, or even ahead of schedule. Please be prepared to move your gear on stage as quickly as possible. Your performance slot includes your set-up time.
4. The final line up will be the decision of the collective as a whole.
5. Deadline for Musician Applications is JUNE 30TH, 2012
6. You may submit your application online, or print out the application and send it to: Women's Art Festival, 1956 Brandon Road, RR1 Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0
