2010 FEES - NUMBERED ARTIST SPACES
There is a limit of 200 numbered spaces for visual artists. Please refer to the
VENUE MAP to select your
1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for our Entry Form (top).
Registrations will be accepted on a "first come first served" basis.
Please note that confirmation of artist spaces is contingent on receipt of entry fee.

2010 FEE SPECIFICS
Your non-refundble entry fee enables us to meet the costs of organizing the festival, while
donating additional proceeds to the organizations we support.
The 2010 artist space fee is $30. The entry fee is applicable by artist - not by space.
This fee is waived for artists who are under 16 years of age. Additionally, all participants
are required to donate 20% of their sales.

PUTTING YOUR DONATION TO WORK
Your donation supports the wonderful work of the organizations sponsored each year. The 20% donation
is made at the end of the festival day and a receipt will be provided upon request.
*Please note that Our Women's Art Festival Collective is not a registered charity. Because
incorporation is not feasible for our ever-changing group of volunteers, your receipt is not valid
as a charitable tax deduction. However, you may request a receipt for business purposes.

Your application and entry fee must be received by 12 noon on
MONDAY, JULY 19th, 2010
Registrations will not be accepted after the July 19th deadline
